Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

This intensive 8-week course, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn for UMASS Medical School in 1979.

Through this evidence-based approach, you will develop mindfulness and meditation practices to help you adjust your relationship with stress, anxiety, and pain. It’s time to step into a more resilient future.

Develop an inner sense of peace and calm in the face of modern life

Do any of these struggles sound familiar to you?
  • Workplace stress

  • Chronic pain and illness

  • Grief and loss

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship issues

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Difficulty paying attention and focusing

It might be time to find some self-compassion and grant yourself the time and space to take a deep-dive with me. Learning to meditate and live a more mindful life can help you to find a little ease in your every day and experience more joy in the present moment.
