Private meditation class for 1-2 in the comfort of your South Tampa space. I offer guided meditation, both seated and walking meditation as well as mindfulness exercises. This hour-long class includes instruction, guided meditation, post-meditation Q&A and discussion. It's a great way to get you started with a meditation practice, or deepen your current practice.

Meditation class for your small group…Gather your friends, family members, or other small group together, and learn how to meditate…or deepen your current practice. Classes last an hour, and include instruction, guided meditation, post-meditation Q&A and discussion.
Student’s favorite…50% yoga and 50% meditation. We start the class with 30 minutes of gentle, mindful yoga, and conclude with a 30 minute guided meditation practice. Tailored to YOUR needs.
Online classes now being offered via the video-conferencing platform, Zoom Meeting (it’s really great!). Book a private or group session with Stacy, for either 30 or 60 minutes.
Based on the University of Massachusetts’ Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. This group class is held once a week for 9 weeks, plus an all-day retreat (held on Saturday). See the EVENT tab for days and times.
